Nayel Nassar and Martin Fuchs hand in hand on top the Masters Power Lido de Paris! High jump contest the Lido de Paris Masters Power was the first highlight of the day at the Longines Masters of Paris. Nine of the nineteen pairs entered came from the Masters Two category and ten from the Masters One. Tied at 1.97 meter, Egypt's Nayel Nassar and Switzerland's Martin Fuchs are joint winners of the Masters One while the Netherlands' Elise van de Mheen, the only rider from her category to clear 1.87 meter, was the best of the Masters Two section.

The Masters Two Joone goes to Pellegrin "The Rocket"! Having already won the Masters Two Joséphine on the opening day of the Longines Masters of Paris, France's Marie Pellegrin confirmed how talented her Selle français mare Baccarat du Tertre is when she clinched the 1.45m Masters Two Joone. The pair took no prisoners to end up a second and a half faster than two speed specialists: Britain's Matthew Sampson on Geneve R and France's Thierry Rozier with Star.

Jessica Mendoza the fastest of the Masters Two Geberit Fourth to go in the 31-starter 1.35m class, Britain's Jessica Mendoza took impossibly tight turns and made the most of her Dollar du Mûrier mare Dollar Girl 46's turn of foot. Their super fast time of 50’’65 meant they could not be caught and thus won the Masters Two Geberit on Saturday morning at the Longines Masters of Paris.

Edward Levy flies over the Masters One CENECA / Salon du Cheval de Paris Second last to go in a 14 strong jump-off, young French rider Edward Levy won Friday night's Masters One CENECA / Salon du Cheval de Paris at the Longines Masters of Paris.This was the Norman's (based in Haras de Lecaude) ninth international victory with his very swift mare Rebeca LS. Their very fast double clear in 34’’38 was enough to pip to the post the Netherland's experienced pair of Maikel van der Vleuten and Verdi TN, previous leaders in 34’’50. Third spot went to Brazil's Marlon Modolo Zanotelli, on top form with Koddac van het Indihof in 34’’64.

Olivier Guillon hits the gas in the Masters Two Institut Esthederm This afternoon, 66 pairs who started in the 1.45m Masters Two Institut Esthederm first ranking class of the CSI2*, 17 of which managed to qualify for the jump-off.If the ladies set the tone early on, Olivier Guillon and Vitot du Château were eventually the fastest over the final round in front of the Paris audience.

Lighting strikes twice for Pierre-Marie Friant in the Masters Two Prestige Italia Pierre-Marie Friant, who already won the Masters Two EEM.TV on Thursday, now clinched the Masters Two Prestige Italia with Vimae d’Auzay. The Nantes-based rider was the fastest over this 1,35m speed-class in just 51"01.

France vs Belgium in the Masters Three Julie Burguière, from Normandy, was the fastest of the 25 starters in the Masters Three Horse Pilot. She thus won the 2-phase 1,15m opening class of Day 2 at the Longines Masters of Paris, aboard her trustworthy Selle français by Sandro Boy Souverain de Gree.

Riders Masters Cup : the Duels The first “signature” competition of the 11th Longines Masters of Paris, the Riders Masters Cup, will have two original teams of five European riders and five riders from the American continent battle it out on Friday December 6. The draw, which took place in the heart of Paris, at the Cirque d’Hiver, right before the young showjumping champions auction The Auction by Arqana, decided the duels for the first round of a competition which, so far, always smiled on the European side.
